Your responsibilities as a floor server with payment collection duties:
- À la carte service and care for hotel guests throughout the day, including use of Orderman
- Serving hotel guests in the evening (evening service) Independently managing a section with approximately 20–25 (max. 30) guests, including independent beverage, wine, and food service, as well as wine recommendations
- Serving hotel guests at lunchtime and in the afternoon – beverages
- Active sales of beverages, including wine, coffee, spirits, …
- Bar service (taking and serving drinks), including Orderman in the Atrium (no cocktails or bartending duties) or breakfast service
- Coffee service, including preparation using an espresso machine
- Preparing the station, including vacuuming, dusting, setting tables, folding napkins, restocking condiment containers, and cleaning the food and wine menus
- Mise-en-place for the entire restaurant
- Decorating tables for special occasions
- Active collaboration within the team and with supervisors, as well as contributing to a positive work and operational atmosphere
- Receiving and resolving guest complaints
- Participating in internal and external training sessions as well as service meetings
- Main course service (serving food) for the entire restaurant

- Work schedule: 5-day workweek, 9 hours per day (45 hours per week)

- Shift schedule: Primarily continuous shifts: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (30-minute break); 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break); 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM; 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM (30-minute break); 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (1-hour break)
- 13th and 14th paychecks (vacation pay and Christmas bonus)
