Your Responsibilities

• A host with heart: Welcoming and attending to our guests to offer them an unforgettable culinary experience.
• Service professional: Responsible for ensuring smooth service in your area—from taking orders to serving food and drinks.
• Wine expert: Advising our guests on selecting wines from our extensive wine list.
• Coordinator: Working closely with the kitchen to ensure that all dishes are perfectly prepared and presented.
• Problem Solver: Confidently handling guest requests and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.

We are looking for team players for: 

• "Die Brasserie" – breakfast buffet and à la carte in the evening 
• “Seerestaurant Portofino”– beach club at lunchtime, fine dining in the evening
• “Rooftop Tapas Bar See la vie”– cool drinks & fancy tapas
