Description
The family-run Seehotel Europa is synonymous with the highest quality, a feast for all the senses, and warm hospitality. We are looking for passionate chefs for our à la carte restaurants, "Die Brasserie" and "Seerestaurant Portofino."
Your Responsibilities
- Creative Artist: Preparing and presenting cold dishes, salads, and appetizers that delight our guests.
- Fresh variety: Responsibility for selecting and preparing high-quality, fresh ingredients.
- Perfectionist: Adherence to the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP.
- Team player: Close collaboration with the head chef and the entire kitchen team.
- Innovator: Developing and implementing creative new recipe ideas and menu creations.
- Organizational skills: Ensuring a smooth workflow in your area.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience as a garde manger or in a comparable position.
- Passion: A passion for cooking and a high degree of creativity.
- Team spirit: Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills.
- Resilience: Flexibility and resilience, even in stressful situations.
- Precision: Meticulous and precise work ethic.
- Hygiene awareness: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations.
