The family-run Seehotel Europa stands for the highest quality, enjoyment with all the senses and warm hospitality. We are looking for passionate Chef de Partie for our à la carte restaurants "Die Brasserie", "Seerestaurant Portofino" and "Rooftop Tapasbar See la vie".
Your tasks
- Culinary creations: Preparation and presentation of side dishes, vegetable and potato dishes as well as hot appetizers.
- Teamwork: Supporting the kitchen team and working closely with the head chef and sous chef.
- Quality guard: Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP.
- Creative input: Developing and implementing new recipe ideas and menu creations.
- Efficiency: Organization and coordination of work processes in your area of responsibility.

Requirements
- Specialist knowledge: Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience as an entremetier or in a comparable position.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for cooking and a high degree of creativity.
- Team spirit: Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure: Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations.
- Precision: Careful and accurate way of working.
- Hygiene awareness: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations.
