The family-run Seehotel Europa stands for the highest quality, an experience that delights all the senses, and warm hospitality. We are looking for passionate chef de partie for our à la carte restaurants “Die Brasserie,” “Seerestaurant Portofino,” and “Rooftop Tapasbar See la vie.”
Your Responsibilities
- Culinary Creations: Preparation and Presentation
- Teamwork: Supporting the kitchen team and working closely with the head chef and sous chef.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP.
- Creative Input: Developing and implementing new recipe ideas and menu creations.
- Efficiency: Organizing and coordinating workflows within your area of responsibility.

Requirements
- Skills: Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience as a chef de partie or in a comparable position.
- Passion: A passion for cooking and a high degree of creativity.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work well with others and strong communication skills.
- Resilience: Flexibility and resilience, even in stressful situations.
- Precision: A meticulous and precise work style.
- Hygiene Awareness: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations.
