     Your responsibilities:

• Providing professional service from the moment guests arrive at the restaurant until they leave
• Ensuring smooth operations in the hotel and à la carte areas Close and collegial cooperation with the entire team in the hotel

• Responsibility for commis chefs and trainees in their professional development Compliance with operational standards and guidelines  

  Your expertise:

• Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
• Excellent German and good English skills o Willingness to take on responsibility and be part of a small team
• Good sense of situations and a friendly communication style
• Enjoyment of not only implementing quality, but also helping to shape it
