Head Waiter (m/f/d)

     Your responsibilities:

• Providing professional service from the moment guests are welcomed into the restaurant until they leave
• You ensure smooth operations in both the hotel and à la carte areas. Close and collaborative work with the entire in-house team

• Responsibility for the professional development of commis chefs and trainees Adherence to operational standards and guidelines  

  Your expertise:

• Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the upscale hospitality or restaurant industry
• Excellent German and good English skills o Willingness to take on responsibility and be part of a small team
• A keen sense of situations and a friendly communication style
• Enjoyment of not only implementing quality but also helping to shape it
• A hospitable attitude and passion for the professiono Commitment, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
