Sommelier (m/f/d)

      Your Responsibilities

• Providing professional service from the moment guests are welcomed into the restaurant until they leave 
• Supporting our service team in day-to-day operations
• Close and collegial collaboration with the entire in-house team Advising and assisting our guests with wine and beverage selection 
• Active wine sales and consultation in our in-house wine shop 

• Cellar management – wine list – wine shop

  Your expertise:

• Completed service training in the hotel and hospitality industry
• Training as a junior sommelier or certified sommelier is highly advantageous, or you possess excellent knowledge of wine
• Excellent German and good English skills 
• Willingness to take on responsibility and be part of a small team
• Good situational awareness and a friendly communication style Enjoyment of not only delivering quality but also helping to shape it A hospitable attitude and a passion for the profession
