Sommelier (m/f/d)

      Your responsibilities

• Providing professional service from welcoming guests to the restaurant to seeing them off 
• Supporting our service team in their daily operations
• Close and collegial cooperation with the entire team in the restaurant Advising and assisting our guests with their choice of wine and beverages 
• Active wine sales and consultation in our in-house wine shop 

• Cellar management – wine list – wine shop

  Your expertise:

• Completed service training in the hotel and hospitality industry
• Training as a junior sommelier or certified sommelier is a great advantage, or you have excellent wine knowledge
• Excellent German and good English skills 
• Willingness to take on responsibility and be part of a small team
• A keen sense of situations and a friendly communication style Enjoyment in not only implementing quality, but also helping to shape it Host mentality and love for the profession
