Tasks

• Your Mission in Customer Service
• You'll manage your station independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly during service.
• You'll keep track of inventory levels, restock items, and forward orders to restaurant management.
• You manage your service station with both heart and mind—from preparation to the final check.
• You’ll create a top-notch service experience for our guests—attentive, warm, and professional.
• Order, cleanliness, and hygiene are second nature to you—you pay attention to them and lead by example.
• You personally welcome guests, seat them, and happily assist them throughout their visit.
• You will provide our guests with expert advice on food and beverages and take orders with confidence.
• You operate the cash register, handle payments from guests, and carefully check the cash on hand.

Employment Requirements

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria
