Responsibilities

• Independent management of the processes at your workstation
• Food preparation with a focus on pizza and Italian cuisine
• Preparation (Mise en Place) for a Smooth Service
• Ensuring and monitoring food quality
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Experience in Austrian and international cuisine
• Punctuality, good time management, speed
