Tasks

• Guest Reception and Assistance
• Check-in, including preparation of travel documents, room key, and guest card
• Checkout, including invoicing
• House Tours
• Reservations
• Guest Communication via Email and Phone
• Fulfilling Individual Guest Requests
• Advice and reservations for recreational activities (massages, ski/hiking/biking guides, etc.) and
• Third-Party Services (Taxis, etc.)
• Maintenance of Customer Data
• Quotation Preparation
• Sales / Upselling
• Preparing the daily morning mail for our guests
• Feedback and Complaint Management
