Receptionist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception and Assistance
• Check-in, including preparation of travel documents, room key, and guest card
• Checkout, including invoicing
• House tours
• Reservations
• Guest communication via email and phone
• Meeting guests' individual requests
• Advice and reservations for recreational activities (massages, ski/hiking/biking guides, etc.) and
• Third-party services (taxis, etc.)
• Maintenance of Customer Data
• Quotation Preparation
• Sales / Upselling
• Preparing the daily morning mail for our guests
• Feedback and Complaint Management

Requirements

• Communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoys interacting with people and is highly service-oriented
• Good ability to absorb and retain information
• Solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to work on weekends and in the evenings
• Well-groomed appearance
• Proficiency in German
• Foreign language skills are a plus
