Description
Responsibilities
- Guest Reception and Assistance
- Check-in, including preparation of travel documents, room key, and guest card
- Checkout, including invoicing
- House tours
- Reservations
- Guest communication via email and phone
- Meeting guests' individual requests
- Advice and reservations for recreational activities (massages, ski/hiking/biking guides, etc.) and
- Third-party services (taxis, etc.)
- Maintenance of Customer Data
- Quotation Preparation
- Sales / Upselling
- Preparing the daily morning mail for our guests
- Feedback and Complaint Management
Requirements
- Punctuality, good time management
- Reliability

- Enjoys interacting with people and is highly service-oriented
