Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an altitude of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality of the highest standard. With 100 guest beds and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commis de Bar (m/f/d) for the upcoming winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027 .
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting our bartender with daily bar operations
- Preparing and carrying out the daily mise en place
- Serving drinks and cocktails
- Providing warm and friendly service to our guests at the hotel bar
- Assisting with the preparation of drinks after training
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the bar area
- Adhering to our quality and service standards
- Working closely with the service team
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Ideally, some initial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Enjoy working with people and providing genuine hospitality
- An interest in beverages, cocktails, and high-quality service
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- An independent, reliable, and organized work style
- Commitment to quality and a team-oriented spirit
Proficiency in German for communicating with guests; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
