Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an altitude of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality of the highest standard. With 100 guest beds and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant for the upcoming winter season, from late November 2026 to early April 2027 .
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting at the front desk and with guest services
- Checking guests in and out
- Assisting the bar and service team
- Organizing and performing administrative tasks
- Working closely with all departments
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training in the tourism or hospitality industry, or a relevant high school education
- Ideally, some initial professional experience in the hospitality industry
- Enjoy working with people and providing genuine hospitality
- Organizational skills and a structured, meticulous approach to work
- A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Proficiency in common MS Office applications
