Commis de Bar (m/w/d)

As Commis de Bar / Barback of our new concept in the Hotel Post am See (opening May 2024), you will work as part of the new bar team to assist the bartenders and create extraordinary guest experiences. The new concept combines an urban bar with a casual dining experience in sharing style. You will be responsible for working with the bar manager.

Your tasks:

• Your efficiency and attentiveness keep the bar running smoothly.
• Glass cleaning and washing up
• Serving beer, wine and preparing simple long drinks
• Additional work such as filling ice and the like
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you
• Sales-oriented, high-quality advice on the selection of beverages
• Correct storage and careful handling of drinks and food in the bar area

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy
• Well-groomed appearance, punctuality and stress resistance
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and enthusiasm
• High guest & service orientation as well as cultivated manners are a matter of course
• You are aware of the philosophy of the Gröller Hospitality companies and you enjoy living the brand and making it tangible for our guests
