Dispensing assistant (m/f/d)

We are strengthening our service team with a bar assistant. You are one of our jewels behind the scenes, who are largely responsible for the smooth and high-quality service of our hotels.

Your tasks:

• You take care of the beverage preparation in compliance with our quality standards with attention to detail
• Preparation work for our restaurants and guest gardens / terraces
• Glass and cutlery cleaning
• Maintenance and cleaning of utensils and the bar area in accordance with hygiene regulations
• Careful handling of the entire range of beverages in terms of merchandise management
• Ensuring a clean workplace and conscious waste management
• Note down necessary repeat orders, correct storage
• Knowledge of our drinks menu
• Supervision of coffee machines and knowledge of the preparation of various coffee specialties

Your profession:

• Professional experience is an advantage but not essential
