Description
With the expansion of our Hotel Post am See, we as hosts are also undergoing a structural change that will allow our team to grow and influence the corporate culture. You will use your in-depth specialist knowledge and many years of experience in the hotel industry and in HR to manage the department and will be responsible for all HR agendas in collaboration with the owners.
Your tasks:
- (Co-)development and implementation of HR strategies, processes and goals
- Ongoing proactive strategic development of all personnel-related topics
- Employee recruitment and retention together with managers
- Employer branding internally and externally
- Coordination and, if necessary, implementation of internal and external training measures
- Advising managers on all personnel matters
- Supervision of apprentices and trainees and implementation of corresponding programs
Your profile:
- Completed training (hotel industry/business/HR)
- Sound (tourism) professional and management experience, ideally in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the tourism labor market and a high affinity for the industry
- Good knowledge of labor law (Austria and Germany) and the relevant specifics of tourism
- Basic understanding of the areas of payroll accounting and marketing
- Independent, proactive way of working
- Assertiveness and strength of implementation
- Innovative, creative thinking and knowledge of state-of-the-art HR tools
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Representative appearance and a good feel for people
