Kitchen clerk (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Commis de Partie (m/f/d) for the summer season.

More than just peeling potatoes. You will be part of the kitchen team in our restaurant, which has been awarded 3 toques by Gault Millau. With razor-sharp precision, you will work as part of a team and under the guidance of the chef de partie to conjure up culinary delights from around the world and the mountains onto our guests' plates. In doing so, you will gain a glimpse behind the scenes of top-class cuisine for your future career.

• Start: June 22, 2026
• Workplace: 5-star hotel in Lech am Arlberg, international team
• €3,000.00 gross/month + Christmas bonus & vacation pay
• 5-day week (45 hours) + digital time tracking

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of all dishes and side dishes under the guidance of the chef de partie for menus, buffets, à la carte, and special events
• Compliance with and implementation of HACCP requirements
• Correct handling of the work equipment and products provided
• Knowledge of the food on offer and how it is prepared
• good knowledge of German and English
• Motivation, enjoyment of work, and a friendly demeanor
• Independent and responsible work
• Reliability, honesty, and tolerance
