At the Salzburger Hof in Leogang, our cuisine embodies creativity, regional flair, and the highest quality. In our kitchen, we blend Alpine traditions with modern ideas and delight our guests day after day with varied, fresh, and refined dishes.
To maintain this high standard, we are currently seeking a dedicated Commis de Gardemanger to join our kitchen team with passion and finesse.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the cold section of our kitchen—from delicate appetizers and creative salad compositions to sophisticated platters and dressings. You’ll ensure freshness, quality, and an appealing presentation, and work with the entire kitchen team to make sure our menus harmonize perfectly.
With your skills, experience, and eye for aesthetics, you’ll play a key role in shaping the signature style of our restaurant.
Requirements
Ideally, you have completed training as a chef and have experience in the garde manger department. You love working with fresh, regional ingredients, have an eye for detail, and maintain high standards of quality. Creativity, team spirit, and reliability are your hallmarks, as is your enthusiasm for taking on responsibility and continuing to develop your skills.
