Description
For our family-run, idyllically situated mountain hotel at 1,200 meters, in a secluded location above Zell am See,
we’re still looking for additional support for our service team.
Do you love interacting with guests and enjoy providing excellent service? Perhaps you’ve already gained some experience in the service industry and know how important your smile is!
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Good German language skills (at least B1–B2 level)(confident communication skills)
- English skills at least at the A2 level
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Teamwork
- Open and communicative personality
- Punctuality
- Guest- and service-oriented
- Experience in customer service is a plus(career changers are also welcome)
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- In the morning during breakfast: clear and clean guests’ tables; change table linens, prepare them for the evening, and set the tables. Afterward, vacuum and mop the floor. Weekly tasks include dusting, refilling condiment dispensers, etc.
- In the summer, we offer our guests an “all-inclusive” package: Guests serve themselves drinks at the beverage station. Your job is to clear used glasses from the tables
- Polish cutlery, fold napkins, and wash glasses
- Setting up the evening buffet: salad, appetizer, soup, and dessert(together with our kitchen team)
- In the evening, our guests can enjoy a 5-course menu of their choice, with “only” the main course being served by our waitstaff.All other courses are available at the buffet and are served by the guests themselves(There are weekly theme nights such as: barbecue night, Italian buffet, farmhouse buffet, etc.—on these nights, all dishes are set up at the buffet)
- Evening service from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM: serve main courses, clear tables, then clean them and set them up for breakfast service
- Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet
