Description
Who are we?
A family-run mountain hotel at 1,200 meters above sea level in Zell am See with a stunning view.
Idyllically situated right on the hiking trail, we offer rooms and apartments for approximately 120 guests.
In our à la carte restaurant with a sun terrace (seating approx. 200 guests), we serve traditional Austrian delicacies featuring many products from our own farm and game.
In winter, we treat our hotel guests to half-board (breakfast & dinner).
In summer, we offer all-inclusive service.
Requirements
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with cooking - Mise en place tasks (such as: preparing salads, appetizers, and items for the breakfast buffet, etc.)
- Preparing dishes according to specified recipes
- Assisting in the à la carte kitchen - Learning how to manage a station
- Cleaning tasks in the kitchen and keeping things tidy - Working as part of a team Here’s what you can expect from us:
