Requirements
Delight our guests in the premium segment. You’re a good fit for us if you’ve completed your training as a restaurant or hotel management professional and want to gain experience in upscale dining and hospitality. You’re a true team player and want to expand your knowledge, skills, and expertise in wine. You enjoy interacting with people, are resilient, hardworking, and flexible, and have excellent manners as a matter of course. You speak German and, ideally, English, and have a well-groomed appearance. Your responsibilities: • Mise en place • Setting tables and cleaning in the restaurant • Providing professional service to guests • Mastering the rules of service
