Be it just the first coffee in the morning, a small gift in the afternoon or serving the first starter. Our guests have the opportunity to choose their own menu every evening. This allows you as Chef de Rang a lot of contact and communication with the guest.

We take the time to respond to our guests and their wishes, whether at breakfast or dinner, nobody is just another room number with us. As a result, many of our guests have already become regulars and look forward to seeing familiar faces and having pleasant conversations every time. They feel they are in good hands right from the start and we notice that too.
