Description
Starting in early December 2026, we are looking for a motivated Commis de Rang (m/f/d) to join our service team with a passion for the job, dedication, and a knack for warm hospitality.
Our privately owned 4-star hotel is situated in a prime location in Kitzbühel, right next to the Hahnenkammbahn. What sets us apart besides our exceptional location? A well-coordinated team, a respectful work environment, and a setting where everyone can contribute and grow.

Tasks
- Supporting a smooth service process in the à la carte and half-board areas
- Professional serving of food and beverages
- Preparation and careful execution of the daily mise en place
- Warm and attentive service for our international guests
- Close collaboration with the Chef de Rang and the entire service team
- Adherence to our quality and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Initial practical experience in the service industry
- Enjoy interacting with guests and are enthusiastic about providing attentive, warm service
- A friendly, well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Team spirit, reliability, and a dedicated work ethic
- Motivation to learn new things and develop professionally
- An independent, meticulous, and organized approach to work
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
English B2 (good intermediate level)
Computer skills
Micros (Basic knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
1685 € net / month
Based on a 40-hour workweek. Pay depends on qualifications and experience. Additional share of the tip pool. Meals are provided free of charge, even on days off. Attractive employee housing is available if needed.
