PUT YOUR TALENTS TO WORK:

• You skillfully take care of our guests in the hotel’s restaurant
• You will assist a Chef de Rang at an assigned station
• Daily inspection of your area for cleanliness, completeness, and order
• Daily mise en place tasks (setting up and taking down the buffet, setting tables, etc.)
• You will serve the selected dishes and beverages professionally
• You embody our warm, family-style hospitality
• Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
