• You skillfully look after our guests in the hotel's own restaurant
• You support a Chef de Rang at an assigned station
• Daily control of your area for cleanliness, completeness and order
• Daily mise en place work (setting up and dismantling buffets, setting tables,...)
• You serve the selected food and drinks professionally
• You represent our family hospitality
• Your area of responsibility also includes compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
