Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

We are seekinga dedicated and qualified Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our motivated and creative kitchen team, led by Thomas Zelezny, starting in mid-May 2026.

In our privately owned and modern hotel, located in a prime spot in Kitzbühel (right next to the Hahnenkammbahn), our team is the cornerstone of our shared and sustainable success. Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for your station: You ensure the smooth execution of tasks at your station while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Mise en place: You are responsible for preparing and organizing your work area and ensuring that everything is ready on time.
• Hygiene and Quality: Compliance with HACCP guidelines and the specified quality standards is a given for you.
• Order and Cleanliness: You always maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
