- Independent preparation of the breakfast buffet
- Preparation of egg dishes at our front cooking station
- Preparatory work for other kitchen areas
- Control functions: Storage, hygiene, optimum food utilization
- Communication with kitchen staff, service team and superiors
- Consideration for the wishes of allergy sufferers and children
