Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Enjoy working with guests—especially children
- Sense of responsibility
- Team player, organized, meticulous
- Reliability, helpfulness, flexibility
- Written and spoken English; Italian is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing and social media (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Career changers are welcome
Your responsibilities:
- Processing inquiries and reservations via email and phone using the AIDA and ABM-Websline booking software
- Providing personalized guest support and information
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- Responsibility for arrivals and departures (check-in, check-out)
- Scheduling hotel packages
- Helping to design programs and offers
- Creating and editing Instagram Stories and Reels
- Creative design of visual content (e.g., graphics, videos)
- Interacting with followers (e.g., responding to comments, replying to messages)
- Contributing to the design of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Participating in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Language skills

- Starting at €1,952 net, including standard wage and wage supplement for a 5-day/week, 40-hour workweek. Plus vacation allowance and Christmas bonus. Additional pay for extra qualifications. Rent contribution for a “single room with kitchen/bathroom/toilet” in the new employee housing: €100 net per month.
