Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Enjoy working with guests—especially children
- Sense of responsibility
- Team player, organized, meticulous
- Reliability, helpfulness, flexibility
- Written and spoken English; Italian is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing and social media is a plus
- Career changers are welcome
Your responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries and reservations via email and phone using the AIDA and ABM-Websline booking software
- Personalized guest support and guest information
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- Responsibility for arrivals and departures (check-in, check-out)
- Scheduling hotel packages
Helping to design programs and offers
- Language skills
