Your tasks:

• Preparation and serving of a varied breakfast buffet or à la carte breakfast
• Ensuring the quality and appealing presentation of the food
• Organization and preparations in the kitchen (mise en place)
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Cooperation with the service team for a smooth process

Requirements:

• Experience as a cook or in the breakfast kitchen is an advantage
• Passion for cooking and attention to detail
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in the early hours of the morning
• Team spirit and a positive charisma
• Clean and structured way of working
