Tasks
- Supporting management: You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and will support the restaurant manager in leading the team.
- Team leadership: You will ensure that the team remains motivated and committed, take care of personnel planning, and be the point of contact for employees.
- Guest satisfaction: You will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay by regularly checking the quality of service and adjusting it as necessary.
- Business management tasks: You will monitor budget compliance and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Quality management: You support the introduction and implementation of standards in service, hygiene, and product selection.
- Event management: You will assist in the supervision and implementation of various events, ensuring the planning and coordination of processes.
- Human resources tasks: You will take on various human resources tasks, such as training new employees and supporting personnel development.

Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant sector: You have successfully completed your training and have in-depth knowledge of the catering industry.
- Professional experience: You already have experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a management position.
- Sommelier skills: You have a good sense of wine and beverage pairing and can use your expertise to benefit the service.
- Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people and can both motivate and coach the team as needed.
- Organizational skills: You can keep track of things even in stressful situations and can set priorities.
Flexibility and commitment: You are willing to take on responsibility and roll up your sleeves when needed.
