We are looking for a motivated Deputy Restaurant Manager for our company with immediate effectWith 76 suites, rooms & 14 chalets as well as the award-winning lounge & bar Freiraum, Puradies is a 4*S nature resort with a difference. Tasks
- Support in the management tasks and representation of the restaurant manager- Carry out quality controls and accompany improvement processes- Deployment in day-to-day operations- Administrative activities (billing, preparation of duty rosters, hourly control- Assistance in the supervision and implementation of various events- Perform various personnel tasks

Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant sector- Professional experience in a comparable position- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting- Employee management with empathy and consistency- Active support in the operational business- Host who immediately shows that you enjoy your job- Self-confident, confident and well-groomed appearance, positive charisma- High level of performance and commitment, resilience and flexibility- German is essential, any other language is an advantage- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team- Communication skills: eloquent, open, friendly
