Description
Naturhotel Gut Sonnberghof - genuine. loving. sustainable.
Our hotel is a family-run nature hotel - deeply rooted in the region, open to the world. Down-to-earth and light-hearted, personal and with real personality. We are not a big hotel, but we are generous in our thoughts and actions. We like people, like to laugh and love what we do.
As a creative and motivated team, we see ourselves not just as hosts, but as co-creators of a special place. We act with sincerity, commitment and a focus on the essentials - genuine quality and sustainable values.
Our organic farming - out of conviction
The Sonnberghof also has its own organic farm. It supplies our kitchen with high-quality organic ingredients directly from the farm - fresh, seasonal and with short distances. Our hay milk, Pinzgau beef and pork, fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables are the basis for many of our homemade specialties:
- Sliced cheese and Camembert
- Fresh curd cheese and creamy yogurt
- Homemade sausages: Kaminwurzen, salami & co
- Smoked game, pork and Pinzgau beef
- Jams, chutneys & herbal honeys
- Teas, liqueurs and over 16 varieties of herbal syrup from our 2,500-plant herb garden
We are open to new ideas and love to work creatively with regional ingredients.
Quality you can feel
Honest organic quality and sustainability are not just trends for us, but part of our philosophy. Whether in the kitchen, in service or in our dealings with each other - we value high standards and good cooperation.
Our young team works calmly, efficiently and with pleasure. Our guests sense this too - and this is exactly what makes the Sonnberghof a place where people like to stay.
