Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the garde manger station
- Preparation and plating of dishes
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene standards
- Cost-conscious use and timely ordering of all materials used
- Careful and proper storage and use of raw ingredients and products
- Preparation of mise en place
- Preparation and cooking of all dishes
Requirements
- Completed culinary training
- Experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is desirable
- Creativity and a passion for cooking
- Good command of German and English
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Strong commitment to quality

- Well-groomed appearance
