Requirements
🧹 Professional Qualifications:✔️ Completed training in the hospitality industry, housekeeping, or a comparable qualification✔️ Several years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector or wellness hospitality✔️ In-depth knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards as well as supplies management✔️ Proficiency with common cleaning systems and MS Office✔️ German language skills (very good); English is a plus
🧼 Personal Qualities & Soft Skills:✔️ Strong service orientation and an eye for detail✔️ Warmth, empathy, and a genuine joy in welcoming our guests to a clean and cozy environment✔️ Team spirit and the ability to keep a cool head even during busy periods✔️ Sense of responsibility, initiative, and a confident demeanor✔️ A well-groomed appearance and an authentically positive attitude
