We are looking for a motivated & reliable **Hausmeister(m/f/d)** for our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Central in Zell am See (Salzburgerland).

Your tasks

• Maintenance and servicing of technical systems - you ensure that our hotel technology works reliably
• Ensuring the smooth running of all technical processes - you maintain an overview and intervene in good time if something is not running smoothly
• Carry out repairs and minor construction work - Use your manual skills to rectify faults and carry out minor alterations independently
• Maintenance of the outdoor facilities and hotel appearance - you take care of the well-kept condition of the garden, paths and facade and thus contribute to the positive first impression of our hotel

• Experience in handling tools - whether it's a drill or lawn mower: you operate your tools safely and efficiently
