Your tasks

• Personal and professional care of our guests - you take care of the well-being of our guests with friendliness and competence during their entire stay
• Advice on excursion destinations, hikes and activities in the region - you provide inspiring tips and recommendations for unforgettable experiences in the surrounding area
• Reservations and active telephone sales - you process reservation inquiries professionally and take every opportunity to actively support guests on the telephone
• Creating customized offers for our guests - you design individual offers that are tailored to the wishes and needs of our guests
• Smooth check-in and check-out process - you ensure a warm welcome and a professional end to your stay
• Preparation of invoices and reliable processing of payments - you process payments accurately and reliably and always keep an overview

Your profile

• Enthusiasm for your job - you are passionate about your work and create unforgettable guest experiences
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility - you enjoy working in a team and adapt flexibly to different tasks and situations
• Reliability and commitment - guests and colleagues can always count on your reliable support
• Very good language skills - you communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing
