For our charming tavern and restaurant, the AlpenStub’n, located in the heart of the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge in charming Altaussee, we are currently seeking a dedicated**pizza chef (m/f/d)** with a passion for the craft. The AlpenStub’n is the heart of our Hagan Lodge cabin village and offers our guests a cozy dining experience in a special atmosphere—for both lodge guests and visitors from outside.

Your Responsibilities

• Kitchen Management– Responsibility for mise en place and the preparation of all dishes
• Resilience and flexibility—you’ll keep everything under control even in hectic situations
• A neat and professional appearance—your calling card in the kitchen
• Ensuring and maintaining compliancewith all hygiene and quality standards
• FoodOrdering– Planning, Ordering, and Monitoring Food Supplies
• A Focused Approach—To Provide Our Guests with a First-Class Culinary Experience
• Cleanliness and Hygiene – Responsible for cleaning dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils
• Waste Disposal and Recycling – Proper Disposal of Waste
• Warehouse Maintenance – Monitoring Cleanliness in the Warehouse and Kitchen Areas
• Compliance with hygiene regulations —in accordance with HACCP standards
