Requirements
Your Mission:
- Technical Hero:You’ll handle the maintenance, servicing, and monitoring of our building and operational systems—especially heating, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
- Problem Solver:Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger challenge—you’ll find practical solutions and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- All-Around Handyman:You’ll assist with all tasks that come up in technical services and ensure that our facility runs smoothly at all times.
- Guest Support:You’ll handle guest transfers and other trips, always remaining friendly, helpful, and reliable.
What you bring to the table:
• Technical expertise: Ideally, you have training in plumbing, heating, or building services engineering—but what’s more important to us is that you have technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Calm & Big-Picture Thinking: Even when multiple things are happening at once, you remain calm and organized.
• A keen eye: You notice when something isn’t quite right—often before anyone else does.
