Hybrid Reservations Specialist (m/f/d)
all year round
Deutschland, Bayern
Description
You love it when an inquiry turns into a booked stay—and you know that behind every reservation there’s a person looking forward to something. That’s exactly where we start.
At Franks, a reservation isn’t just a booking machine. It’s often the first real contact a guest has with us—and you’re the one who shapes that moment.
Requirements
Your Mission:
Offers that resonate: You’ll create offers and set prices for individual stays, conferences, groups, and events—using ASA, Brandnamic (MIA), and Tramino. Not by the book, but with a keen sense of what suits each guest.
Channels under control: You’ll manage our channel management, coordinate rates and room quotas, and ensure our availability is accurate on OTAs.
Authentic communication: You’ll be the point of contact for guests, tour operators, and external partners—reliable, warm, and to the point.
Thinking proactively and helping shape the future: You’ll contribute your own ideas and help further develop our processes. We don’t want you to just go through the motions—we want you to think proactively.
What you bring to the table:
Hotel management with a keen sense: A completed apprenticeship in hotel management and experience in reservations or sales—or both.
Calm under pressure: Even when multiple inquiries come in at once, you don’t lose track of things or your composure.
Sales talent without the pressure: You recognize what a guest is really looking for—and turn that into a compelling offer. With charm, not clichés.
Team player: You know that reservations and front desk operations only run smoothly when they truly work together.
Professional demeanor: Whether on the phone, via email, or in person—you know how to represent Franks—even in English.
