Description
• General janitorial duties • Inspection and maintenance of technical systems, equipment, and safety devices related to building services • Regular inspections of utility rooms • Minor repairs in and around the entire building • Functional testing and repair of electrical and plumbing fixtures in guest rooms • Handling all maintenance and repair work inside and outside the hotel premises • Maintenance and upkeep of building systems • Performing summer and winter maintenance tasks • Technical support during events • Close collaboration with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments • Assistance with waste disposal
Requirements
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure • A neat and professional appearance • Flexibility (guest-oriented work hours, including weekends) • Good German language skills are desirable • Enjoy interacting with guests • General manual dexterity OR a completed technical or vocational training program (electrician, painter, carpenter, etc.) • Independence and reliability • Good written and spoken German skills • Class B driver’s license
