Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the station chef with production tasks
- Ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized work environment at your station
- Proper storage and handling of all raw materials and food
- Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
Your qualifications:
- Completed training in the restaurant industry
- Expertise in fine dining
- Motivation and enthusiasm for the role
- Ability to work independently
- Team player, flexible, and able to handle pressure
- Punctuality and honesty
- Language skills
