Your area of responsibility:
- Independent management of your station
- Preparation of classic Austrian and international cuisine
- Empathetic and motivating leadership of assigned staff
- Ongoing coordination and consultation with kitchen management
- Helping to design the menu
Requirements
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a chef with in-depth knowledge of food and ingredients
- Several years of professional experience in this or a similar position
- Highest standards of quality
- Knowledge of national and international cuisine
- Hygienic work practices in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work in a team, punctuality, and resilience
- Clean, efficient, and independent work
- Language skills
