To support our team at the Hotel im Park, we are looking for a dedicated maintenance technician.
Repairs, painting, fire safety, occupational safety—as a versatile technical expert, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You can expect an interesting range of responsibilities within a dedicated team where you can fully contribute your expertise and continue to develop your skills.
Requirements
- Maintenance, upkeep, and monitoring of technical systems (heating, ventilation, swimming pool, elevators, lighting, etc.)
- Daily facility rounds to identify problems in the building and carry out the necessary repair and renovation work
- Outdoor tasks such as mowing the lawn
- Communication, coordination, and collaboration with outside contractors, particularly regarding the inspection of maintenance work
- Language skills

B2 (good intermediate level)
