Receptionist (m/f/d) at our Boutique Hotel Martha | Seasonal Position · Part-time · 20–30 hours per week · No split shifts
For our family-run Boutique Hotel Martha in Zell am See, we’re looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our reception staff. We value a warm and welcoming atmosphere, team spirit, and a passion for ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay. Tasks
- Check-in and check-out, as well as a personal welcome for our guests
- Assisting guests and providing support with questions, requests, and concerns
- Handling emails and phone inquiries
- Providing information about our hotels, the region, and recreational activities
- Assisting colleagues with breakfast service when it’s quieter at the front desk: serving coffee and providing information to guests
- Preparing and serving beverages and coffee during the afternoon shift
- Serving as the main point of contact for guests and relaying important information to the appropriate colleagues
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people and have an open, friendly demeanor
- Good German and English skills for communicating with our guests
- Organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of things even when handling multiple requests
- Reliability, team spirit, and a willingness to support colleagues
- Experience in a hotel or at the front desk is a plus, but not required—we welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals alike
Experience

English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Computer skills
MS Outlook (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
1500 € gross / month
The salary is based on a 25-hour workweek; if the number of hours is higher or lower, the salary can, of course, be adjusted. The exact salary terms will be agreed upon during a personal interview, based on the number of hours, work experience, and performance.
