Housekeeper / Room Attendant (m/f/d)Part-time · 20–30 hours per week · Permanent position
We are looking for new team members to join our housekeeping staff at our family-run hotels, the Schmittenhof and Boutique Hotel Martha in Zell am See. We value quality, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a team you can count on. Many of our employees have been with us for years.
Tasks
- Cleaning and Maintenance of Our Guest Rooms
- Cleaning of public areas: restaurant, hallways, stairwells, sauna area, and restrooms
- Thorough deep cleaning of guest rooms during the off-season
- Assisting in the in-house laundry: washing, drying, and folding bed linens, terry cloth towels, and other hotel linens
Requirements
- A thorough, independent, and reliable approach to work
- An eye for cleanliness and order
- Team spirit and a friendly demeanor toward guests and coworkers
- Experience in cleaning is a plus
- Your own housing within a reasonable distance—we cannot provide staff housing for this position. Applications from the local area are especially welcome.
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
English B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
1300 € gross / month
The salary refers to the minimum wage for a 20-hour-per-week position—any additional details will be agreed upon individually, depending on the number of hours and work experience/quality.
