Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Performing general repair and maintenance work throughout the hotel (heating, pool, electrical, plumbing)
- Caring for and maintaining the outdoor areas, the dock, and the hotel grounds
- Monitoring building services and technical systems (heating, pool, electrical, plumbing)
- Performing painting and renovation work
- Hiring and coordinating external tradespeople and service providers
- Assisting the cleaning team as needed
- Knowledge of ensuring and adhering to safety and hygiene standards
- Safety-related inspections and documentation
Assistance with seasonal setup and takedown work
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in a technical or skilled trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, carpenter, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the hospitality industry or facility management
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong commitment to quality and a service-oriented mindset
- A friendly, professional demeanor toward guests and colleagues
- Class B driver’s license required
- Good command of German; knowledge of English is a plus
- Language skills
