We are looking for an apprentice who is passionate about the hotel and catering industry. Someone who or who enjoys taking care of our guests and pampering them, even on weekends and holidays

These are your tasks
- Front office activities (check-in, check-out, correspondence, etc.)
- Handling the room plan, computerized correspondence, sales, cashiering and accounting
- Organizational activities in housekeeping and kitchen
- Development and implementation of marketing measures
- Service work in the different outlets (restaurant, banquet, bar)
- Product knowledge of the food and beverages
- Insights into warehousing and purchasing
- Hygiene regulations
- Preparation and implementation of events
- Craftsmanship

Quality and regionality
All food is from controlled organic farming. As far as available, we buy in the Genussregion Kleinwalsertal, Vorarlberg and Allgäu. The trend "from nose to tail", that is, the utilization of the whole animal, lives the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa already for over 30 years. Because in Kleinwalsertal, the animals are bought whole and processed themselves. In summer, vegetables and herbs are grown in perma-culture in the hotel's own garden. We also cook vegan and Ayurvedic and cater to food intolerances of our guests. The membership with the BIO-Hotels since 2007 underlines the quality
