Put your talents to work:

• You will start as part of middle management—your entry will be practical, individual, and tailored to your strengths.
• You will complete the 24-month management trainee program
• From the outset, you will take on independent tasks and projects in close coordination with your mentor
• You will actively support the operational management
• You will lead your first teams, assist with duty scheduling, and help coach employees
• You will play an active role in shaping the company – from preparing quotations to optimizing processes in day-to-day business
• You will be part of the internal management academy "Alp.Academy" and continuously develop your skills
• You will regularly participate in management meetings and leadership events
• Depending on your development and suitability, you will take on responsibility for your own department in the medium term
• You will gain experience in several hotels of the DAS ALPENHAUS HOTELS & RESORTS group
• You will regularly exchange ideas with your mentor and report on your progress and learning achievements
