If you enjoy interacting with international guests, are reliable, want to work independently, and are eager to learn new things, then we need YOU! The front desk is the heart and soul of our hotel. You’ll work independently as a team of two to ensure everything runs smoothly! For this reason, a strong commitment to the job and a passion for working independently and reliably are essential.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities – Welcome our guests and take care of them, because you’re the first and last impression they have of us!
- Familiarity with common software packages (Office, Fidelio)
- We require strong telephone skills as well as written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to handle correspondence, quotes, bookings,
- guests (check-in, check-out), electronic registration,
- correspondence, and personal interaction with our discerning guests.
- The ability to work independently is a prerequisite
- A passion for the job and motivation, a desire to learn new things,
- Contributing your own ideas; independent sales of ski passes and ski school lessons;
- managing the cash register independently
- Experience abroad is preferred but not required

- Your salary will be a net salary in accordance with the Vorarlberg Collective Bargaining Agreement LG 3 for a 6-day, 48-hour workweek. We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
