Requirements
Your Responsibilities – Be a host, a wine connoisseur, and impress your guests!
- Responsibility for “your” dining room, leading your team, and handling daily accounting
- our small à la carte restaurant “Die Ente von Zürs”
- Check and lead by example in daily mise en place and workplace cleanliness
- Active wine sales
- Guest interaction—responding to guests’ requests
- 100% dedication and the drive to excel, simply because it’s fun

- The figures are negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. Your salary is a net amount based on the Vorarlberg Collective Bargaining Agreement LG 3 for a 6-day week of 54 hours. We are willing to pay a higher salary depending on qualifications.
