Here are your responsibilities...

  • F&B host and representative for Hotel Gut Brandlhof toward guests, corporate clients, and colleagues, including a hands-on approach and proactive complaint management
  • Responsibility for the operational management, supervision, and quality management of the entire F&B department
  • Liaison between the kitchen, restaurant, banquet, and sales departments
  • Strategic leadership and development of the F&B departments in close consultation with management regarding key performance indicators, budget, and financial measures
  • Manager on Duty
  • Responsible for the Oracle Micros POS system, including maintenance and upkeep, as well as the KOST inventory management system 
  • Direct reporting line to management and very close collaboration 

Requirements

  • You have completed your training and have professional experience in operational management within the F&B department of a conference and convention hotel
  • Initial experience as a manager with team responsibility is required
  • Excellent knowledge of wine / sommelier certification required
  • You have excellent German and English language skills
  • Enjoy interacting with guests and have a passion for the hospitality profession
  • Excellent communication skills and polished manners
  • Good technical understanding (IT, conference technology, Office, Oracle Micros)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, dedication, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
  • Training and development of your team are a given for you
  • High standards of quality and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Analytical and business-minded thinking, as well as a structured and goal-oriented approach to work
