Requirements

YOU WILL BE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

  • Employee Support: You’llbe the go-to person for our employees, conducting regular feedback and development meetings, and ensuring that every individual on the team feels comfortable, heard, and valued.
  • Process Optimization: Optimizing and further developing internal processes across all departments (e.g., schedules, controls, digitalization, onboarding procedures, including welcome processes).

YOU WILL SUPPORT THE PEOPLE & CULTURE TEAM WITH THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

  • Recruiting & Employee DevelopmentSupportingthe entire recruiting process as well as facilitating the professional and personal development of our employees.
  • PayrollSupportingongoing payroll processing as well as final settlements in collaboration with internal and external departments.
  • Schedules & HR Administration: Reviewing work schedules and maintaining and managing employee data and HR records.
  • Collaboration with Department Heads & Management: Close collaboration to ensure smooth operations and a vibrant corporate culture.
  • Employee Uniforms: Organizing and managing employee uniforms.
  • Onboarding of new team members: Providing warm support to new employees during the onboarding phase.
  • Employer BrandingSupportingemployer branding in close collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Employee Events & Team Activities: Planningand organizing employee events (end-of-season party, Christmas party, etc.) as well as group activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed training in human resources or professional experience in a comparable position is a plus
  • Experience in human resources management, ideally in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Passion for people, team culture, and employee satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Experience with HR software (ideally Rota, Onboard) and MS Office
  • A structured, independent, and responsible work style
