Description
We are looking for an apprentice chef to join our kitchen team. Your responsibilities: · Assisting the chef de partie (charcuterie, pastry, or rotisserie) · Plating half-board meals during the evening service · Restocking the buffets during the evening service · Plating in the show kitchen on buffet nights
Requirements
* Training as a chef or successful completion of a culinary school program * Professional experience in a kitchen is a plus * Ability to work in a clean and hygienic manner * Good command of German
